The Experience
This is not simply a day by the sea.
It is a professionally composed team experience—set between movement, coordination, and the open water.
Hosted along the shoreline of Bitez, the programme brings together rowing, paddleboarding, and windsurfing within a flexible half- or full-day format. Each discipline introduces a different dynamic: synchronization on the rowing boat, balance on the paddleboard, and awareness in the wind.
For competition-led programmes, guests are divided into teams and rotate through a sequence of guided challenges. Performance, timing, communication, and collective rhythm shape the outcome as the day progresses.
Rowing becomes synchronization. Paddleboarding becomes balance. Wind becomes awareness.
The programme can also take on a more relaxed character. For groups seeking a less competitive experience, timed challenges and scoring may give way to professionally guided sessions, coastal exploration, and shared time on the water.
Rowing, paddleboarding, and windsurfing form the core experience, while the precise structure can be adjusted according to the client brief, group profile, programme objectives, and prevailing weather and sea conditions.
Sailing, canoeing, and additional sea-game modules may also be incorporated upon request.
Professional instructors lead each activity, supported by a coordinated safety team, safety briefing, life jackets, required technical equipment, a safety boat, and lifeguard supervision. Rowing sessions use four-person boats accompanied by a professional skipper/cox.
Private transportation to and from the experience is included as standard.
