The Studio Session™

A private, hands-on art experience inside a working Istanbul atelier, inviting guests to create alongside professional artists across multiple disciplines while discovering materials, techniques, and the creative process from within.

The Experience

The Studio Session™ is a multidisciplinary, fully participatory creative experience hosted inside an active working atelier in Beykoz, Istanbul.

The programme may bring together disciplines including ceramics, painting, textile, mosaic, marbling, and object-making. According to the client brief, existing stations may be adapted or removed, while additional artists and creative disciplines can be introduced to shape a different atelier configuration.

The experience is typically structured around multiple art stations. Guests may move between disciplines to explore different techniques, or the programme may be designed in greater depth around two, three, or more selected practices chosen in advance according to the interests of the group.

Each station is led by a professional artist working in that discipline. The atelier’s principal artist remains present throughout the programme, while a licensed professional guide accompanies the group from beginning to end.

All essential materials, tools, and working equipment required for the selected disciplines are included as a standard part of the experience.

Creative Practice

Guests do not simply observe the techniques; they work alongside the artists to create personal pieces of their own.

Where possible, completed works may be taken away at the end of the experience. Pieces requiring firing, glazing, or another finishing process — such as ceramics — may be completed afterwards and delivered once ready.

The purpose is not to produce a single prescribed result, but to encourage personal creativity through different materials, techniques, and artistic approaches.
